Steps to Register

Print the additional Score Report

Conditions of additional score report:

  • Only valid for a valid score report (2 years after the test date).
  • There is a printing fee of Rp 150,000,-with no limit on the number of prints.
  • Payment via Mandiri account 122 000 4260 181 or BCA 5910713797 on behalf of International Test Center.
  • Proof of payment sent by emaii to ananda@itc-indonesia.com with a copy of valid ID (KTP) and score report that will be printed.
    – Documents must be sent from the owner’s email score report, not from other people’s emails such as family, friends, co-workers and others.
  • A confirmation Email will be sent after payment and documents received.
  • The additional Score report can be taken 1 (one) business day after receiving confirmation email at International Test Center, Plaza Sentral, 17th floor of Jalan Jendral Sudirman Kav. 45 Jakarta.
    – When you Pick up the document, you must show valid original ID such as ID card (KTP)/DRIVER’s license/Passport.

TOEIC® Listening & Reading is a multiple choice format consisting of 200 questions in two sessions.

SCORE

TOEIC® Listening & Reading score consists of 2 sections Listening Section score in the range of 5 -495 and Reading section score in the range of 5 – 495. So that the total range of the TOEIC® value is 10-990. The score is determined based on the number of questions answered correctly which is converted to the scale of determining the score.

  • INDIVIDUAL SCORE REPORT

If the test participants take the TOEIC® Listening & Reading test on their own behalf and according to the Public Test schedule at ITC or list of registered CTAS, they will receive a score report with a description of the Official Score Report. The score report is equipped with a self photo and details of the Listening score, Reading and the total score and explanation of English language skills according to the score are achieved in a simple and easy to understand format.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • INSTITUTIONAL SCORE REPORT

If the test taker according to the specified schedule bythe institution where they work or study (companies, government organizations, colleges, schools etc.), they will receive a score report with information Official Institutional Score Report.Score report consist of detail score information Listening, Reading and the total score and explanation of English language skills according to the score are achieved in a simple and easy-to-understand format and without self-photos.   • SCORE ROSTER

Can only be used for institutional purposes, test takers cannot use as their TOEIC ® credential. The score roster includes:

  1. Score of each test taker (Listening score, Reading and total score)
  2. Overall score for the session (average score, frequency distribution, score range)
  3. Scores of all sessions in the same institution
  4. Special reports according to client needs, including the overall test results for a certain period with certain categories

STANDARD CEFR

The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment (CEFR) created by the Council of Europe aimed at providing language skills assessment applicable to all languages ​​in Europe, including English. The CEFR is the basis for grouping language skills used in Europe and began to be adopted by other countries, such as Colombia and the Philippines.

CEFR is a general description of a person’s language skills which are divided into several levels, which are:A1 – A2 (Basic User), B1 – B2 (Independent User), C1 – C2 (Proficient User). The CEFR is used by language instructors, educators, curriculum makers and institutions engaged in the development of language skills to understand the abilities a person has at a certain level in the CEFR.

Capability Description Based on CEFR Levels

C1 Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognise implicit meaning. Can express him/herself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organisational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.
B2 Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialisation. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. A2 Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment). Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. Can describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need.
A1 Can understand and use familiar every day expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type. SCORE

TOEIC Sepaking and WritingTest responses are scored based on specific evaluation criteria. Depending on which test you take, you will receive a Speaking score, a Writing score or both with a combined scale score.

Scores fall into ranges called proficiency levels which summarize specific skill strengths and weaknesses.

Speaking Test Scores

  • Questions 1–9 are rated on a scale of 0–3
  • Questions 10–11 are rated on a scale of 0–5.
  • The sum of the ratings is converted to a scaled score of 0–200.
  • Eight proficiency levels are provided.

Writing Test Scores

  • Questions 1–5 are rated on a scale of 0–3.
  • Questions 6–7 are rated on a scale of 0–4.
  • Question 8 is rated on a scale of 0–5.
  • The sum of the ratings is converted to a scaled score of 0–200.
  • Nineproficiency levels are provided

Scoring Process

ETS uses a rigorous scoring process to ensure fair, reliable results. Test responses are sent through a secure online system and scored by certified and calibrated ETS raters, who are closely monitored throughout the process. Multiple raters independently score responses to the Speaking and Writing tests. This ensures a level of fairness in the scoring process that traditional one-on-one interviews alone cannot provide.

CORRELATION WITH CEFR

TEST FORMAT

The TOEIC Bridge test is a paper-and-pencil test that measures your ability to listen to and read everyday English. The TOEIC Bridge test is composed of 100 multiple-choice questions and the test takes last approximately 1½ hours where 60 minutes to answers questions and 30 minutes to complete education and work history questionnairer regarding their education background.

The test divided into two sections

1. Listening Comprehension

The test participant will listen to recorded statements, questions, short conversations and short talks in English via audio recording or CD and answer 50 questions based on what you hear.

Consist of 3 parts:

  • Part 1: Photographs (15 questions)
  • Part 2: Question-Response (20 questions)
  • Part 3: Short Conversations and Short Talks (15 questions

This session will need approximately 25 minutes to answer it.

2. Reading Comprehension

The test participant will read single sentences as well as texts and then answer 50 questions based on what you read.

Consist of 2 parts:

  • Part 4: Incomplete Sentences (30 questions)
  • Part 5: Reading Comprehension (20 Questions)

This session will need approximately 35 minutes to answer it.
