Job Description

• Maximal 35 years old
• Preferably majoring psychology/HR Management/related fields
• At least save experiences minimum 4 years in recruitment/talent Acquisition in IT industry
• Have experience as a head hunter will be advantage
• Have good relation with third party such as School, University or government
• Active in social media
• Understand about onboarding and offboarding procedure
• Willing to work at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan

Job Requirement

• Target-oriented person, strong negotiator and good at communication
• Willing to travel domestic and overseas if needed
• Actively in English min. in conversation level, if you have taken English test on TOEIC will be a plus
