Job Description
- Manage overall Hyundai passenger & commercial vehicles product, aftersales, and service training activity for Hyundai distributors in the Asia Pacific region.
- Responsible to work with the technical training team to develop a regional service training curriculum.
- Perform additional training-related functions as assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product/after-sales/service/soft skill training (we welcome candidates both from Automotive / Non-Automotive backgrounds).
- Understanding ICE & EV basic knowledge is a plus.
- Possess experience in developing full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, facilitate, monitor and evaluate) using various online and offline methods.
- Excellent command of English to conduct training sessions & professional communication is required (supported by relevant language proficiency test results e.g. TOEIC).
