Job Description 

• Manage any issue/cases from hotels/partners directly and find solutions 
• Handle inquiries/complaints of customers from many channels 
• Coordinate with partners for voucher/ticket/transportation issues 
• Other as assigned 

Requirement 

• Bachelor degree in any fields  
• Experience in Customer Service field with Hotel/Airline business is a must 
• Good Communication in English
• TOEIC is above 500 (Required) 
• Computer literacy and good in Microsoft office 
• Be honest, service mind and good interpersonal skill  
• Can start working immediately
