Job Description
- Responsible for administration process and filling documents to support the operational activities
- Gathering data about the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes
- Doing research and benchmarks to improve business process & Organization Procedure
- Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of a business process & Organization Procedure
- Supporting Department’s activity to Encourage employees embracing the new process once it is implemented as procedures & policies
- Supporting in quarterly/annual operational evaluation reporting
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree (any major) preferably in Business
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English with min TOEIC >550
- Having Strongly skilled in the process flow documentation and literature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with detail-oriented
