The foundation is located in Jakarta and manages the Global Sevilla Pulo Mas and Global Sevilla Puri Indah campuses. They provided education school from kindergarten until high school.
Eligibility
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or its
equivalent.
2. Fluent in both oral and written English (Please provide TOEIC Certificates)
3. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
4. Possesses skills in digital marketing, communication and presentation, Public
Relations etc.
5. Excellent customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers’ needs and the skill to troubleshoot and provide a positive customer experience.
6. Pleasant personality, self-motivated, energetic and able to handle multiple tasks effectively, manage time efficiently and work well with team members and colleagues.
7. In-depth understanding of school services and the school’s position in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To demonstrate professional attitude, behaviour and relationship with colleagues, students and parents in line with the school motto: Giving, Compassion and Self-Control.
2. Leads, develops, coaches, trains, and maintains a marketing team and maximises lead acquisition from various effective marketing channels.
3. Able to identify target markets and create strategies to engage prospective students and their families
4. Able to achieve the leads target and support towards school intakes’ target
5. Able to actively explore, establish and maintain relationships with school feeders
6. Able to oversee the school’s digital presence (the website, social media platforms, and other online channels) and manage online advertising campaigns, SEO, and SEM strategies to increase visibility and drive enrollment.
7. Able to create and execute the agreed Marketing plan, promotional events, open houses, and information sessions to showcase the school to the community.
8. Able to conduct market research to stay informed about school industry trends, competitors, and prospective students’ preferences.
9. Provide the Marketing channels analysis report and use the data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make informed adjustments.
