Job Description
- Creating harmonious working relationships and solid teamwork
- Monitor flight loads and ensure set targets are achieved (Passenger & Revenue)
- Maintain close relationships with partner travel agents and Conduct visits to customers and make approved visit reports
- Providing price offers to both old and new customers.
- Be alert of competitor activity and proactively propose appropriate changes to ensure market share growth
- Making the reports: sales or others report under instruction of Superiors
- Organise: part or main responsibility the seminar: internal or external
- Efficiently engage in other related activities assigned by your superiors
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma III
- Age around between 30 – 40 years old
- Airlines or Travel industries experience as sales executive and knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS), preferably Amadeus is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook), courtesy email & internet.
- Pleasant personality, with interest in dealing with people
- Fluent in English both spoken and written Fluent in written & spoken English is a must (must have a valid TOEIC Certificate, minimum TOIEC > 650 or Equivalents Certificates
- Highly motivated, disciplined and compliance
- Willing to learn and develop
- Confidence to deal with many parties (organization, institution, people)
