TECO Group is a subsidiary of TECO Group under the South-East Asia Business Unit, currently employing more than 150 people. In 1987,  they built the manufacturing and repair facility in Gunung Putri, Citeureup, Bogor, for better support. The economic expansion created strong demand for motors, which contributed strongly to TECO’s Growth

 

Job Requirement

  • Understanding customer needs and aligning product offerings with their requirements.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contributing to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on technical considerations.
  • Work Location in Indonesia: will be transferred to other locations according to project requirements. 

 

Qualification

  • Graduated from a science and engineering institute with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have a relevant background in this industry
  • With English communication skills and teamwork. (TOEIC above 600) – (Able to speak Chinese is preferable)
  • Good communication and coordination skills, lively and outgoing
  • Interested in the field of data center construction, and experience in fiber optic cable wiring is preferred.
  • Experience in data center project, engineering and cost estimation
  • Max age under 50 years old
  • Able to entertain with customer and drink
