Responsibilities

As an Export Sales Staff for Food Ingredients product, you will be responsible for:

  • The sale of products or services to customers in other countries, develop knowledge of the cultural, business and political background of the countries you are responsible for, together with an understanding of consumer tastes and also look for new opportunities to sell to different international markets.
  • Build up and maintain good relationships with customers, agents and distributors. To do this, you’ll negotiate with them (often in a foreign language) to try to make a sale.
  • Carefully monitor the processing of orders and check that the distribution is running smoothly and that everything is on schedule. When the product has finally been delivered, you might have to deal with any complaints or queries that occur

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Bio Chemical Engineering or Food Technology.
  • At least 3 – 5 years of working experience as Export Sales or B2B Sales in the food ingredients manufacturing industry is required for this position. Fresh Graduates from Biochemical Engineering, Food Technology are welcome to apply.
  • Skill(s) required: Export Procedure, Export Shipment Documentation, International Trading, SAP, ERP, Sales & Business Development
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
  • Fluently communicate in English IS A MUST (Proven with TOEIC / TOEFL Certificate)
  • Establish new and maintain existing customer
  • Manage and interpreting customer needs of Food Ingredients Products (Corn Starch, Sweetener, Amino Acid)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Target oriented
  • Young and Smart candidates.
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta Head Office or Driyorejo Factory (based on company’s regulation)
