Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Hydropower Plant (HPP/PLTA) construction projects.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical drawings using AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software.
• Strong time management skills, able to work under pressure, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
• Solid understanding of hydraulic systems, including intake structures, penstock design, powerhouse layout, and water flow control systems.
• Competent in hydrological calculations, including flow rate analysis, head calculations, turbine efficiency, and plant performance evaluation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Have SKK SDA certification is preferred
• Proficiency in English is a must (minimum TOEIC 550)
• Highly adaptable to change and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to be site-based and travel to project locations as required.
