Assist Center Manager as follows:
- Meet the center’s sales revenue & business development target
- Respond to clients and/or community concerns using effective problem-solving techniques
- Support students and staff in all endeavors to foster a professional learning community
- Promote district and center site goals through positive relations with staff, students, parents, community
and local businesses - Supervise and evaluate classified staff as assigned
- Build trust to facilitate change, plan strategically
- Develop and empower team
- Provide staff training as appropriate
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum S1, any major (Sales, Marketing, Public Relation, Marketing Communication is preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of field experience
- Ambitious, attractive, energetic
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to speak English fluently (Minimum TOEIC score 785)
- Work location is in Jakarta Utara (Kelapa Gading)
