Influx provides customer service for brands and tech companies on demand, 24/7, every day of the year (including holidays). To achieve this, our operation consists of agents and managers working around the globe to achieve the company’s objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily airport ground operations including check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and on-site performance
  • Handle operational irregularities, customer complaints, and ensure compliance with company standards
    • Conduct training and audits in accordance with company policies
    • Monitor staffing, operational resources, and station operation costs
    • Support station administration and collaborate with teams to achieve company goals
    • Perform additional operational duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years of aviation or ground handling experience preferred
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or within a team
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel when required
  • Familiarity with airport operational systems such as Amadeus Altéa Suite and WorldTracer is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of English and local language; basic Chinese is an advantage
  • Aviation certifications, Dangerous Goods/SMS knowledge, and TOEIC 550+ are beneficial
