Job Description
- Handling cases given
- Preparing and providing Legal Advises to clients
- Preparing Legal Agreement
- Conducting legal research or analyst in relation with legal cases
- Assisting and representing clients in court, government official, etc
- Keeping good relations and communication with clients
- Regularly reporting to Partners on tasks and its progress from time to time
- Representing Partners in meeting with clients and or counterparties
- Keeping update with new regulation
- Achieving an efficient work result
- Strong MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and aptitude to a new program
Job Requirement
- Maximum 30 years old
- Holding advocate license is a MUST
- Minimum 5 years working experience in litigation/corporate law firm
- Bachelor Degree in law from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 (scale 4)
- Good personality and having good communication skills
- MUST be excellent in English skill (spoken and written) proven with TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC score
- Have the ability to work on challenging assignments in a team environment
- Good logical, analytical, problem solving and decision making ability
- Have strong intuition on analysis and strategy in legal drafting, legal review and legal opinions
- Experience in Judicial Review
