Responsibilities

• Respond to parental and/or community concerns using effective problem-solving techniques
• Support students and staff in all endeavors to foster a professional learning community
• Promote district and school site goals through positive relations with staff, students, parents, community and local businesses
• Responsible for center’s business development
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Communicating new programs to prospective clients
• Supervise and evaluate classified staff as assigned
• Build trust to facilitate change, plan strategically
• Develop and empower team
• Provide staff training as appropriate
• Writing reports
• Providing management with feedback​
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• University Graduate (S1), Preferable from Marketing, Public Relation, Communication or any other related fields
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field
• Ambitious, attractive, energetic
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Able to speak English fluently (Minimum TOEIC score 785)
• Work location is in Jakarta Utara (MOI, Kelapa Gading)
