Center Coordinator

Job Descriptions

Assist Center Manager as follows:

  • Meet the center’s sales revenue & business development target
  • Respond to clients and/or community concerns using effective problem-solving techniques
  • Support students and staff in all endeavors to foster a professional learning community
  • Promote district and center site goals through positive relations with staff, students, parents, community
    and local businesses
  • Supervise and evaluate classified staff as assigned
  • Build trust to facilitate change, plan strategically
  • Develop and empower team
  • Provide staff training as appropriate
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum S1, any major (Sales, Marketing, Public Relation, Marketing Communication is preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of field experience
  • Ambitious, attractive, energetic
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Able to speak English fluently (Minimum TOEIC score 785)
  • Work location is in Jakarta Utara (Kelapa Gading)
