Hotel is a travel arrangement company that provides over 180,000 hotels across the globe with access to high-value and offers hoteliers access to a network of over 60,000 hard-to-access B2B travel buyers such as tour operators, retail travel agents, airline websites, and loyalty schemes in over 140 source markets worldwide.
Job Description
- Assist clients with operational requests relative to their bookings (Pre-arrival, On the spot, Post-travel), accordingly to Hotelbeds service deadlines/quality guidelines/protocols.
- Solve the needs of the clients in the most efficient way which promotes a high performing service culture and an outstanding customer experience aiming for first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement
- Preferably from University graduate or recognized diploma in a field of Hospitality and Tourist or any related field
- Mandatory good spoken and written English. TOEIC +750 or equivalent (Advance-Cambridge, etc)
- Third languages welcome
