Job Description

  • Establish Corporate Governance section to reinforce governance structure in the company’s group
  • Manage Corporate Governance & Planning activities
  • Manage and implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
  • Support executive decision-making and strategic evaluation process
  • Develop corporate strategic plan and analyze business potential improvement
  • Willing to work in Jakarta

 

Job Requirement

  • Experienced in Corporate Governance for 8-10 years
  • Law graduate
  • Fluent in English; TOEIC score above 700
  • Have a good understanding of Good Corporate Governance and Risk Management
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills
  • Strong Organizational and leadership skills
