Job Description

Monitor customer satisfaction survey implementation, analyze results and SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) data, and communicate with dealers to improve Honda’s customer loyalty system.

 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or Management
  • Strong in data analysis
  • Proficient in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
  • Have good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta

 

General Qualifications

  • Have a TOEIC Certification with a minimum score of 550
  • COVID-19 vaccine certificate-full doses (up to 1st booster is welcomed)
  • Have valid Certificate of Good Conduct Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
