Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the efficiency of facility & mall operation activity to allow the tenant to carry out their core business.
  • Oversee plan for engineering, housekeeping, security, safety and parking.
  • Oversee plans to ensure a safe and convenient shopping experience.
  • Development and implementation of SOP for the entire facility activity.
  • Oversee emergency situation plan and ensure coordination with the public emergency services.
  • Managing of tenant fit-out, ensure works are executed according to mall standard.
  • Managing of backyard facilities, warehouse & logistics.

 

Job Requirement

  • A person who is currently managing in the Facility division at shopping mall.
  • At least 5 years of practical experience at shopping mall.
  • A Person who has management experience at shopping mall for 3 years or more.
  • A People who can make repair plans and can manage.
  • A People who can act responsibly to reduce operating expenses and increase efficiency.
  • A person who can make a budget for operating expenses (Especially facility).
  • A person who can think of measures to prevent accidents in the future.
  • Ability to understand financial statements and cost control correctly.
  • A person who acts quickly, has a high sense of responsibility, can keep a deadline.
  • A person who can build good relationships with tenants and business partners.
  • A person who is good at negotiations.
  • A person who can educate their subordinates and evaluate them.
  • A person who has a high hospitality spirit and can define work with customer orientation.
  • A person who can work on shift (Saturday, Sunday and holidays will also be attended).
  • A person who has ability in English Business conversation(Indication TOEIC score 550 points or more).
  • A person who has experience in opening a new mall is welcome.
  • A person who has working experience in a Japanese company is welcome.
