KDB Tifa Finance is a financing company that looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Supervisor to oversee financial reporting, accounts reconciliation, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in financial services audits or financing companies, strong knowledge of accounting standards, and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Job Description

• Prepare and ensure the accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Perform and review accounts receivable (AR) reconciliations, manage monthly closing processes, and maintain designated financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal departments and liaise with external stakeholders to provide financial insights and support as required by the superior.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, ensuring effective financial planning, cost control, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and reporting requirements, including adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable University, minimal.GPA 3.0
• Having minimum 3 (three) years of experience in Audit Firm with Financial Services Audit Experience or in Financing Company or Bank would be an advantage
• Have deep knowledges of accounting standards.
• Experience in regulatory reporting to institutions such as OJK, IDX, and the Tax Office.
• Preferable with TOEIC Certificate
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to work in a team with the same team or with other departments.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving & decision-making capabilities
