Job Description

• Coordinating and supervising the passenger’s check-in process provided by our Ground Handling Agent;
• Service desk activities such as standby, offload, upgrade, and the handling of flight disruption under the Station Manager’s direction;
• Pre-flight, and post-flight checks, and reports on the airline’s CRS/DCS and other internal systems
• Acting and/or forwarding passengers’ claims/complaints to the Sales & Service team
• Invoice checking, including those for lounge each month
• Other tasks assigned by Station Manager.

Job Requirement

• The requirement for an Airport Security Identification Card issued by Changi Airport;
• Proven interpersonal and strong customer service skills, professional appearance, cooperative attitude, flexibility in terms of scheduling with work experience in airline’s passenger and flight service an advantage
• Working knowledge of the airline’s DCS, GDS & CRS with Sabre is an advantage
• Proven English proficiency with a minimum score of 700 (TOEIC)
