As a Trainee in the Graduate Development Program, you will:
- Undergo 6 months of training
- Initiate and implement projects during 12 months OJT
- Have the Possibility for cross-country rotation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a maximum Age of 27 years old
- Majoring in Finance/ Accounting/ Industrial Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Marine Transportation Engineering/ Ship Building Engineering/ Naval Architecture/ Port & Shipping Management/ Law/ Information Technology/ Computer Science
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Good English proficiency is proven by a minimum score of TOEIC 605
- Willing to undergo a 3-year bonding period
- Willing to be placed and rotated in our operation sites
- Having leadership potential, well-articulated, well-organized, and driven to achieve the best
- Having good career aspirations and passionate
