PT Honda R&D Indonesia (HRIN) is one of Honda R&D Center out of Japan which officially established since February 2013 in Indonesia. Their responsibility is to develop Honda products which maximize the joy of their Indonesian customers, with speed, affordability, and low CO₂ emissions.

Job Description:

• Lead team and monitoring & Control HR & GA daily & monthly activities
• Conduct end to end process recruitment, TNA, and annual performance
• Conduct & Control GA job such as : house supply control, outsourcing / vendor performance (driver, office boy, interpreter outsource, agency, etc)
• Control Department Budget, set up budget (expense & invest), monitoring and control variance of budget (Budget controller)
• Conduct & ensure business activities, compliance and legal sensing (company business license, government reporting, agreement check, etc)

Spesific Requirement

• Toeic score Min. 550 or any other test equivalent with TOEIC Score
• Min. 5 Years of experience in indirect Dept (HR / GA / Legal, etc)
• Have strong leadership and have experience lead a team min. 3 years
• Having budget knowledge will be advantage
• Able to speak Japanese will be advantage
