Job Description

  • Control the attendance and leave data-related compensation such as OT, Meal, Diligent, and Deduction items from the SAP system.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports every month such as OT, attendance, Leave, or other related data.
  • Communicate and correspond to inquiries regarding attendance and leave.
  • Coordinate and correspond with subsidiary companies in Asia and Oceania region for HR expense reimbursement.
  • Conduct HR projects or activities as assigned.

Requirement

  • 0-3 years of working experience in HRM functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related.
  • Having experience in using the SAP system is an advantage.
  • Good command of English both speaking and writing (TOEIC score 650+ is required)
  • Has a hospitality mind with good analytical and presentation skills
  • Flexible & Friendly communication with others
  • Able to work well under pressure and routine job and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
