Overview

PT. LG INNOTEK INDONESIA is a Manufacturing Industrial Company which produces electronic and automotive components, originates from South Korea and is part of the LG Group.

 

Requirement :

  • Maximum age 34 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law / Economic Management/ Human Resources Management. Minimum GPA 3.00
  • Expert in labor law (law No.13/2003, omnibus law No.6/2023, law No. 2/2004, etc).
  • Preferably have a lawyer license or have passed the PKPA exam
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and Power Point (Mandatory requirement)
  • Fluent to speak English both spoken and written. Have a TOEIC certificate with a minimum score of 130 or a minimum TOEFL score of 500
  • Will be prioritized if you can speak Korean language
  • Easy to get along with employees and communicate with external parties
  • Domiciled in the area around the City / District. Bekasi
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang / Kab. Bekasi, West Java Province

  • Handling labor law Issues
  • Planning labor management strategy tasks
  • Labor Information management
  • Managing external network and government relations
  • Training and managing labor managemental leaders
  • Grievance handling, maintain Labor management meetings
  • Planning welfare benefits, make good relationship with Labor Union, maintain and support all activities with Labor Union.
