Job Description
- Recommend and provide tech insights to clients for their organizational needs.
- Plan and strategize for sales growth.
- Develop an understanding of businesses’ needs and pinpoint the IT solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Supervise team and collaborate to achieve goals.
- Make sales pipeline and revenue projections.
- Provide regular reports for management.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Business English proficiency (ability to communicate with foreign clients regarding technical IT matters, TOEIC of 850).
- Minimum of 7 years working in Software solutions in Sales with 5 years in a leadership role, including 3 years in a multinational company, handling clients from banking/insurance/manufacturing/FMCG.
- Maximum 45 years old.
- Strong understanding of technical software applications and modification for solutions.
- Results-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management, excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
