Overview
Lead, inspire, and manage an integrated school with a character-driven education model. The Head of School will be responsible for academic excellence, teacher development, student discipline, and administrative leadership across the TK, SD, SMP, or SMA level.
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education; Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or in senior educational leadership (min. 1 year).
- English proficiency at minimum CEFR B1 level, proven by one of the following official test results: TOEIC (Listening & Reading): 550 – 780
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Deep understanding of school governance, national education policy, and curriculum standards.
- Committed to values-based education and student character development.
- Excellent in planning, problem-solving, and executing school improvement initiatives.
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and evaluate the school’s academic and operational programs in line with the foundation’s vision.
- Supervise, coach, and develop teachers and educational staff through professional growth and performance management.
- Ensure the successful implementation of the national curriculum, religious values, and character-based education.
- Maintain a positive school culture by promoting discipline, spiritual habits, and student well-being.
- Coordinate school activities, events, and stakeholder engagement, including parent relations and school branding.
- Oversee administrative processes, including academic reporting, budgeting, asset management, and accreditation.
- Serve as the liaison between the foundation, teachers, parents, and external partners.
- Lead school evaluations, improvement programs, and innovation in teaching and learning practices.
