Overview

Lead, inspire, and manage an integrated school with a character-driven education model. The Head of School will be responsible for academic excellence, teacher development, student discipline, and administrative leadership across the TK, SD, SMP, or SMA level.

Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education; Master’s Degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or in senior educational leadership (min. 1 year).
3. English proficiency at minimum CEFR B1 level, proven by one of the following official test results: TOEIC (Listening & Reading): 550 – 780
4. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
5. Deep understanding of school governance, national education policy, and curriculum standards.
6. Committed to values-based education and student character development.
7. Excellent in planning, problem-solving, and executing school improvement initiatives.

Job Description 

1. Plan, execute, and evaluate the school’s academic and operational programs in line with the foundation’s vision.
2. Supervise, coach, and develop teachers and educational staff through professional growth and performance management.
3. Ensure the successful implementation of the national curriculum, religious values, and character-based education.
4. Maintain a positive school culture by promoting discipline, spiritual habits, and student well-being.
5. Coordinate school activities, events, and stakeholder engagement, including parent relations and school branding.
6. Oversee administrative processes, including academic reporting, budgeting, asset management, and accreditation.
7. Serve as the liaison between the foundation, teachers, parents, and external partners.
8. Lead school evaluations, improvement programs, and innovation in teaching and learning practices.
