Job Description

• Interpret between foreigners and medical staff
• Translate documents and medical records
• Respond to inquiries regarding medical treatment for foreigners
• Accompany patients to other hospitals
• Explain vitamin infusions and administer them under doctor’s instructions
• Assist during MCU (Medical Check-Up)
• Confirm insurance contents
• Contact insurance companies
• Prepare billing documents for insurance companies
• Issue invoices

Job Requirement

• Age up to about 30 years old
• Had experience at least 3 years
• Must possess a valid nurse license
• Valid SRT is required
• Ability to perform certain medical procedures (such as administration of IV therapy and withdrawal of blood samples)
• Ability for EKG and assist minor surgery
• Proficiency in English (intermediate to business level, TOEIC 700 or above) and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) required
• Ability to speak Korean or Mandarin is an advantage (both is a plus)
• Possess a good personality: cheerful, service-minded, enthusiastic about learning
• Willing to work hard and under pressure
• Can work effectively in a team and independently
• Hardworking and dedicated
