Job Description

• Interpretation work between foreigners and medical staff
• Translation of documents and medical records
• Responding to inquiries regarding medical treatment for foreigners
• Accompany to the patient to another hospitals
• Explanation of vitamin infusion, infusion under the instruction of a doctor
• Assistance during MCU
• Confirmation of insurance contents
• Contact the insurance company
• Preparation of documents for billing to each insurance company
• Issuance of invoices

Job Requirement

• Age up to about 30 years old
• Nurse license is a must
• Have SRT still valid
• Able to perform certain medical procedures (such as administration of IV Therapy and withdrawal of blood samples)
• Language: English (intermediate to business level TOEIC 700 or above) and Japanese required (JLPT N2 or above)
• Can speak Korean or Mandarin ( can both of it will be advantage )
• Good Personality: cheerful, service-minded, enthusiastic about studying
• Willing to work hard
• Can work in team
• Hard worker
• Can work under pressure
