Job Description
- Supports for Internal Finance Manager and Team members
- AR invoices preparation, communication with service lines ‘staff in Japan regarding billing templates, sending invoices to clients
- Recording payments from clients based on bank statements
- Communication with clients regarding invoices and payments, solving issues related to those.
- Help on various projects regarding internal finance (e.g. billing processes improvement)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Degree holder with recognized accounting qualification or business-related disciplines;
- Over 2-3 years experience in accounting;
- Experience in O2C processes;
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Advanced knowledge of Excel);
- Willing to learn new skills when required.
- Proactive, do not need to get manager’s directions constantly.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are very important.
- Good command of both spoken and written English (TOEIC 850 or above).
