Job Description:
- Identify potential opportunities and investment to develop new project.
- Identify key risks and mitigation plan (commercial aspects) from due diligence on the new potential projects.
- Lead and manage execution of the project by Coordinating with internal teams and all relevant external parties e.g., EGAT, government, project sponsor/shareholder, EPC contractors, lenders, advisors.
- Budget control.
- Prepare presentation / executive summary for management’s / board of directors’ consideration.
- Develop solid rapport and relationship with business partner, shareholders, project parties, venders, and other stakeholders in governance compliance manner.
- EPC and other relevant contract negotiation / review / management:
- Identify key terms and conditions of contracts.
- Manage relevant project agreements to achieve key milestone dates.
- Negotiate contracts with relevant parties for ultimate benefit of the project.
- Draft/review contracts (in cooperation with legal department and other relevant departments)
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 1-3 years’ experience in project coordinator of power generation or hydropower business.
- Experience in power generation or hydropower would be an advantage.
- Experience in management of scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/ subcontractors in varied contract arrangements.
- Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel/ work in aboard as per assignment.
- Good command of Chinese is highly considered.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
