Job Description

  • Reports to the Senior Project Manager and has primary responsibility for managing project implementation.
  • The successful candidate will ensure that project design and documentation is adequate to meet project objectives through design reviews, safety reviews, managing process evaluations and managing construction quality and will be responsible for ensuring assigned projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Project management in organizing, planning and executing projects from pursuit through closeout, involving internal personnel, contractors/vendors and client.
  • Identifying, assessing, evaluating and solving complex problems.
  • Should be proficient in using Project management tools like Microsoft project etc. for project reporting.
  • Ensure that an effective project organization exists to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
  • Develop a detailed project schedule that is consistent with EPC Contractor
  • Ensure that all necessary permits and procedures (Construction and Operation) are secured in a timely manner.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum having more than 5 years of sound experience working in Mechanical Project Management.
  • Work experience in Civil, Architect & Mechanical.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture & Mechanical engineering or equivalent level.
  • Age below 50 only (site regulation).
  • proficiency in problem solving and risk management.
  • Excellent command of English (Minimum TOEIC 785).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD, or similar.
  • Must be self-motivated and a great team leader.
  • Maturing Character.
  • Placement in Serang or Ready to be placed anywhere.
