Job Description
- Prepare all customer needs related to requirements, regulations, technical, product compliance.
- Handle customer complaints regarding product quality and safety.
- Collect, analyze and interpret data from various production systems to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the design and development of database structures to support the organization’s data management needs.
- Maintain comprehensive document control procedures.
- Plan & Execute internal audit to identify potential risk of non-conformances.
- Verify and review quality management system in compliances with ISO 9001:2015, SNI IEC 60086, etc.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- Experience of 1~2 year (fresh graduate are welcome).
- Good problem solving.
- Good analytical thinking.
- Good communication skill in English both Oral and Written (TOEIC/TOEFL certified are preferred).
- Well-Organized, able to cooperate effectively and Good Communication Skill.
- Ability: Microsoft Office.
- Specific Ability: Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, and data visualization software.

Job Requirement and Description
- S1 majoring in Industrial Engineering
- From Reputable University, with min GPA 3.10
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experienced candidates are preferred
- Excellent in using MS Excel
- Good communication in English, handle TOEFL (>450) TOEIC (>550) or other equivalent certificate
