Rookie Development Program 2025

 
1. Engineering & Planning

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresh graduates minimum D4/S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) from Aeronautical Engineering educational background.
  • Willingness to be assigned to PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk headquarters sia in Cengkareng and/or outstation operations.
  • Willing to stay unmarried during the development program.

Required Documents:

  • Cover Letter
  • Most Recent Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Copy of Latest Academic Transcript
  • Copy of Degree/Graduation Certificate
  • Valid English Language Proficiency Certificate with TOEIC ITC (If any)

2. Engineering & Planning Marticulation

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Fresh graduates minimum D4/S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) from one of the following educational background:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Willingness to be assigned to PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk headquarters in A Sla Cengkareng and/or outstation operations.
  • Willing to stay unmarried during development program.

  • Copy of Latest Academic Transcript
  • Copy of Degree/Graduation Certificate

  • Willing to stay unmarried during development program.
