Aerotrans (Garuda Indonesia Group) has experience in providing land transportation since 1988. Aerotrans operates more than 1000 units of vehicles in various types such as big, medium, micro, and mini buses, vans, 4-wheel drive, box/pick up, hi-lift trucks, low deck buses, sedans, and dump trucks, supported by more than 2000 employees. Not only as a provider of pick-up and drop-off services for the Garuda Group, Aerotrans also provides pick-up and drop-off services and vehicle rentals for both companies and individuals, as well as transportation services in mining (hauling). Currently, opening two job positions:
Job Description
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and components against purchase orders and specifications.
- Verify vendor approval, airworthiness certificates, and part traceability.
- Conduct detailed inspections for parts that cannot be verified at receiving stage.
- Coordinate with engineering, stores, and purchasing for discrepancies or rejections.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and reports in compliance with CASR/FAR/EASA Part 145.
- Ensure materials with shelf life or life limits meet requirements before acceptance.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Aeronautics or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, receiving inspection, or the aviation supply chain.
- Understanding of aviation material standards, AWB, MRT, PO matching, and quality documentation.
- Certification such as Material Receiving Inspection, CPMS, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
- Proficient in ERP/SWIFT systems and documentation review.
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC ≥ 530

2. Inventory Analyst
Job Description
- Analyze and control inventory and asset value for optimization.
- Perform and monitor asset acquisition, movement, and disposal (MRB/ARB meetings).
- Evaluate unused or obsolete materials and coordinate with related units for action.
- Manage asset movement reports and ensure accurate data in ERP/SWIFT systems.
- Coordinate with finance, planning, and user departments for asset tracking and reconciliation.
- Conduct data analysis to support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, SCM/Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain analytics.
- Knowledge of asset management, ERP/SAP systems, and inventory optimization principles.
- Certifications such as CPMS, CIPS, CSCP, SAP Certification, or Six Sigma are preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and coordination skills.
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC ≥ 530.
