Job Descriptions:
- Conduct direct approaches and client visits to promote and offer company products.
- Execute negotiation processes regarding pricing, contracts, and sales terms with customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and oversee the sales team’s activities to ensure the company achieves its sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.
- Serve as a key communication liaison between internal departments—including local teams and overseas teams, and external clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with current market trends and customer needs.
- Provide training and coaching to the sales team based on identified development needs.
Job Requirements:
- Professional looking, good attitude & confident, strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Business, Marketing, or International Relations, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales.
- Prior experience working in a multinational company or a Japanese company in the B2B industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Japanese (both spoken and written), with a minimum proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3 (holding a certificate JLPT) (if applying as a Japanese Speaker)
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written), (holding a certificate in TOEIC) (if applying as an English Speaker)
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and accustomed to working under target-based environments.
- Capable of leading a team and managing sales targets effectively.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trend analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experienced in preparing well-structured and organized sales reports.
