Job Description
- Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Assist in planning and implementing maintenance activities for civil and architectural facilities (powerhouse buildings, offices, staff accommodation, warehouses, roads, slope, drainage systems, dormitory, and public facilities).
- Ensure supporting facilities such as clean water supply, sanitation, non-production electricity, and work areas function properly.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and follow up on identified damages or potential risks.
2. Workforce & Vendor Management
- Assist in supervising daily workers, contractors, and vendors related to facility works.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with quality standards, occupational health and safety (OHS/K3), and agreed schedules.
- Assist in evaluating the performance of facility vendors and workers.
3. Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE / K3L)
- Support the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures and compliance within the PLTA Hasang facility area.
- Ensure public facilities and buildings meet safety and environmental standards.
- Assist in incident reporting and follow-up corrective actions related to facility conditions.
4. Administration & Reporting
- Assist Manager in preparing reports on facility conditions, maintenance activities, and budget utilization.
- Support the management of facility documentation (drawing and specification, inspection checklists, maintenance reports).
- Assist in controlling facility operational costs in line with the approved budget.
5. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, HSE, and administration teams regarding facility requirements.
- Support the implementation of facility improvement and development programs at the hydropower plant.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Having at least 1 year of working experiences in the same role (Fresh-graduated are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication in English (min. TOEIC score is 600). Having TOEIC Certificate is Mandatory.
- Domicile in North Sumatera area will be preferable (due to non Roaster based)
- Willing to work on Site Office in Nassau area, Toba Regency, North Sumatera
