Job Description
- Handle ticketing and reservation for Group from T/O, travel agents and FIT
- Handling Series, non-series, and ad-hoc booking including but not limited to making a booking, filing PNR to Q to HDQ for confirmation, inserting names in the group, name change, correction, split, route change, monitoring group change, sending prints of confirmed PNR to T/O, T/A
- Handle agent’s requests through email, and phone calls including but not limited to schedule, special services and booking
- Handle T/O, travel agents request and claim
- Handle flight irregularity
- Handle walk-in customers, emails and phone calls
- Prepare Ticketing Report and Accounting Report
- Report to General Manager and R&T Supervisor
Job Requirement
- Minimum of three years experience in ticketing / travel agent’s ticketing
- Have TOEIC / IL Cert and have a minimum score of 600
- Diploma in any related course
- Salary range from RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00 monthly
- Three months probation for this position
- To attend training courses in HQ, Vietnam
- To receive a bonus and FOC after a certain period working at Vietnam Airlines JSC
